Flutter Developer (Full Time On-Site)

Responsibilities:

• Multi-Platform Development: Building applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter framework.
• Clean Code & Documentation: Writing clear, reader-friendly code using Dart and documenting the process for future upgrades.
• Collaboration: Working with other developers to create, deploy, and maintain Flutter-based applications.
• Design Oversight: Overseeing and reviewing application design.
• Module Management: Building, implementing, and managing product modules and sub-systems.
• Quality Assurance: Testing products to remove bugs and carrying out unit testing and integration analysis.
• Business Alignment: Ensuring delivered features meet business requirements and criteria.

Key Requirements:

• Expert Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Flutter for both Android and iOS.
• Communication: Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Visual Design: Strong foundations in the principles of visual display of information.
• Architecture: Solid knowledge of Android/iOS application architecture and implementation.
• Libraries: Experience with popular libraries for networking, async operations, image loading, etc.
• Technical Excellence: Well-versed in automated test cases, threading, performance tuning, and offline storage.
• Integration: Working knowledge of APIs and third-party libraries.
• Agile Mindset: Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process.
• Soft Skills: Action-oriented, strong analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Experience with other languages (Java, Swift, PHP8, C#) is a plus.
