Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Application Developer (Mobile Applications) with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development, deployment, and full application lifecycle management. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who can independently build, publish, maintain, and scale high-quality mobile applications while ensuring compliance with app store policies and industry best practices.

The successful candidate will play a key role in end-to-end mobile application development, including architecture design, release management, performance optimization, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance mobile applications using industry best practices
• Manage application publishing consoles, including account setup, configuration, access control, and release management
• Prepare, upload, and deploy mobile applications to app distribution platforms in accordance with all guidelines and platform policies
• Handle application builds, versioning, code signing, and release tracks for production and updates
• Monitor application performance, crash reports, analytics, and user feedback to ensure optimal user experience
• Ensure compliance with platform policies, application security standards, and mobile development best practices
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely application updates and enhancements
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment workflows, and release processes
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in mobile or application development
• Proven experience as a Senior Application Developer
• Strong understanding of application architecture and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with application publishing, deployment, and release management
• Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, and scalability
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party services
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and version control
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cross-platform or multi-platform mobile development
• Knowledge of analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring tools
• Experience managing multiple applications and publishing accounts
• Understanding of app monetization, in-app purchases, and subscription models
