JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Minimum 6 months AR Calling with Denials/Prior authorisation experience is Must.
• Should poses strong experience in Pre authorisation, Eligibility verification and Patient calling.
• Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions.
• AR Calling specialised in Denial Management Prior Authorisation, Pre-Certification and Eligibility check.
• Manage A/R accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
• Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
• Ensure that the deliverable to the client adheres to the quality standards.
• Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.
• A brief understanding on the entire Medical Billing Cycle.
• Must possess good communication skill with neutral accent.
• Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
• Perform pre-call analysis and check status by calling
• Maintain adequate documentation on the client software to send necessary documentation to insurance companies and maintain a clear audit trail for future reference
• Record after-call actions and perform post call analysis for the claim follow-up
• Assess and resolve enquiries, requests and complaints through calling to ensure that customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact.
