Senior A/R Caller – Ophthalmology ASC Billing

EMB is seeking an experienced Senior A/R Caller with strong knowledge of Ophthalmology and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) billing workflows. This role is responsible for aggressively managing insurance accounts receivable, resolving denied and underpaid claims, following up with commercial and government payers, and ensuring timely reimbursement for surgical and ophthalmology-related services.

The ideal candidate will have experience working ophthalmology and ASC claims from submission through resolution, including payer follow-up, appeals, denial management, authorization review, and payment discrepancy research. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently in a remote environment, and able to meet productivity and collection goals while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
