Senior Arabic Attorney

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UAE law and a proven track record of success in the UAE legal landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on a variety of legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Proficient in drafting legal memoranda.
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor law.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai Courts and Federal Courts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of drafting commercial contracts.
• Experience in resolving rental disputes.

Qualifications:

• Law degree from a recognized University.
• Minimum of 6 years of legal experience within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE law and legal procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
• Having a UAE driving license is a must.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
