Senior Architect

Key Duties:

• Lead architectural design from concept to execution, ensuring creativity, functionality, and compliance with standards.
• Oversee preparation of detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Review and approve designs prepared by junior architects and design teams.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and project managers.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, local regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure adherence to plans.
• Mentor and guide junior architects, interns, and designers in design and technical execution.
• Keep updated with latest materials, design trends, software, and innovative architectural practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing master plans, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
• Preparing presentations and design pitches for client approvals.
• Conducting feasibility studies and design reviews.
• Coordinating with procurement and vendors for design-related material finalization.
• Ensuring proper documentation of designs, approvals, and revisions.
• Driving sustainable and cost-effective solutions in projects.
• Resolving on-site design conflicts in consultation with project teams.
• Leading design review meetings with stakeholders and clients.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
• Upholding the company’s design philosophy and brand identity in every project.

Pay: ₹14,779.08 - ₹49,251.78 per month
