Senior Architect

Job Title: Sr. Architect
Industry: Real Estate & Construction (Residential & Commercial Projects)
Experience: Minimum 3 years (senior-level candidates with project execution & leadership experience will be preferred)
Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory; Master’s degree will be an added advantage
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month (commensurate with experience & expertise)
Location: Shankar Nagar, Nagpur

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sr. Architect to join our team. The role involves end-to-end ownership of architectural design, project coordination, and team management for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design development for residential & commercial projects.
• Guide and supervise junior architects/draftsmen.
• Prepare & review architectural and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants for integrated designs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes & regulations.
• Oversee BOQs, cost estimates, and budgeting.
• Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors/vendors.
• Interact with clients and deliver functional, aesthetic solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design software
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and detailing
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client & team interactions
