Senior Architect

1) THE CANDIDATE:

Qualification: B.Arch. with 6-8 years of experience

The incumbent needs to have a hard-core Architectural background – preferably with exposure with a Real Estate Developer/Architectural Firm handling residential/commercial projects.

2) MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) Preparing detailed/working drawings-if reqd.

b) Detailed coordination with external Consultants

c) Coordinating with site engineers for site progress and Drawing requirement, visiting site and ensuring adherence to plans etc.

d) Detailed vendor management

e) Sample apartments design and detailing

f) Lobby design and detailing

g) Preparation of purchase requisition

h) Preparation of BOQ’s jointly with Engg team

3) Functional Competencies:

Software knowledge:

• AutoCAD
• Photoshop
• Revit (preferable)
• Sketch up
• VRay /Lumion
• MS Office

Skills:

· Has worked with Architectural firms/Real Estate Developers where they have been involved in coordination with various consultants in the planning of the projects.

· People management

· Coordination

· Proactive attitude

· Time management with an ability and passion for project management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,545.41 - ₹70,255.63 per month
