Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Design Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Design Architect, you will play a key role in leading design initiatives, shaping architectural concepts, and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and elevate the quality of our projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with clients, and provide creative direction and vision to design teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design initiatives, providing creative direction, and vision to design teams.
• Conceptualize and visualize architectural ideas, translating client requirements and project goals into innovative design solutions.
• Develop design strategies, methodologies, and design criteria that align with project objectives and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, establish design concepts, and outline project milestones and deliverables.
• Lead design reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure design solutions meet project objectives, budgetary constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables and milestones.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and open communication among team members.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and design to incorporate cutting-edge solutions into design projects.
• Advocate for sustainable design principles and practices, promoting energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and social responsibility in design projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other visualization software. Rhino is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and creative solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership abilities with the proven ability to mentor and guide design teams.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design practices is a plus.
