Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with 8 to 10 years of proven experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and overseeing the execution of large-scale residential and commercial projects, ensuring excellence from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and oversee architectural designs, drawings, and construction documentation for residential projects.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, contractors, and project management teams to ensure seamless design coordination and project delivery.
• Review, verify, and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, material specifications, and construction details, ensuring full compliance with design intent and technical standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, resolve design-related issues, and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, DDA/Trakhees requirements, and all relevant local authority approvals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior architects and draftsmen, ensuring consistency in design documentation and best practices.
• Participate in design review meetings, value engineering workshops, and technical coordination sessions to address project challenges and achieve cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or masters degree in architecture and a strong portfolio of designs.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in architectural design and real estate development projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's regulatory requirements and approvals process.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
