About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our design team for a large-scale residential and mixed-use development project in Sharjah.
The successful candidate will lead architectural coordination and design review works within a Design-Build environment, ensuring technical accuracy, authority compliance, and smooth integration with structural, MEP, and site construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and review of architectural design packages across all project stages.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape disciplines to ensure design consistency.

Review shop drawings, materials, and specifications for technical compliance.

Manage design changes and ensure on-site constructability of architectural details.

Ensure compliance with Sharjah Municipality, SEWA, and Civil Defence standards and regulations.

Participate in BIM coordination and oversee architectural model updates.

Support value engineering and design optimization during construction.

Provide technical support to the site team for architectural-related issues.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

Minimum 10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE.

Proven experience in residential or mixed-use projects (G+9 or above).

Solid knowledge of Sharjah Municipality, SEWA, and Civil Defence submission standards.

Proficiency in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape.

Strong understanding of UAE building codes and local authority approval processes.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in Design-Build or EPC contracting environments.

Familiarity with façade detailing, finishing materials, and on-site coordination.

Exposure to sustainable design (LEED / Estidama / WELL).

Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
