Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to detailed design and construction documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project deliverables to ensure compliance with local regulations and project standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare feasibility studies, design reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and monitor project progress to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
• Provide technical guidance to junior architects and support team development.
• Participate in design review meetings, value engineering sessions, and consultant coordination workshops.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality codes, Trakhees, DDA, and other regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience, specifically within Architecture Consultancy Firms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, residential, mixed-use, or high-rise projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE building codes and authority approval procedures.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Candidate must be available in UAE for a face-to-face interview.
• Preferably able to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
