Job role / KRA-
1.Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural projects from concept through completion.
2.To bring design excellence, leadership, and technical expertise to deliver high-quality, innovative, design solutions.
3.This role involves close coordination with consultants, and internal teams to ensure design intent and project goals are achieved.
4.Closely monitor project progress at all stages, proactively anticipate upcoming drawing requirements and identify potential design or execution challenges in advance.
5.Coordinate with project teams to initiate timely solutions and ensure all strategic or critical decisions are escalated for approval
6.Lead the design and development of architectural project after concept is freezed and briefed by HOD .The phases they need to monitor are schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
7.Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to ensure seamless integration of all disciplines.
8.Conduct site visits, oversee design implementation, and resolve site-level queries with contractors and vendors.
9.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
10.Support project scheduling, in coordination with project managers.
11.Ensure all team protocols, systems, and processes communicated by the HOD are effectively implemented and followed by internal team members, consultants, and site teams.
12.Monitor adherence to prescribed formats, documentation standards, and instruction workflows across all project stakeholders.
13.Support the HOD in developing, updating, and incorporating design standards, processes, and SOPs to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across all projects.
14.Each Senior Architect will be assigned an Assistant Architect and is expected to train, mentor, and supervise them, ensuring drafting work and other project-related tasks assigned by the HOD are completed efficiently.
15.Additionally, they must coordinate with Junior Architects and Liaison Architects as per project requirements, and delegate tasks as instructed by the HOD, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
16.Review all working drawings (WD) received from any source before they are issued to the site, ensuring that error-free, high-quality drawings are assigned.
17.Ensure that all documentation and drawings are thoroughly checked for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Presentable and well-spoken, with a reasonable command over language.
Must possess strong communication skills – including being a good listener, the ability to interpret information accurately, and to clearly convey thoughts or instructions.
Should be mature and composed, capable of accepting inputs positively and receptive to feedback.
Must demonstrate a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to be flexible when needed, yet firm and decisive where necessary.
Should have moderate leadership abilities and be able to manage responsibilities independently when required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
