Senior Architect

• Note: Candidates with Dubai Experience only will be shortlisted. Calls or WhatsApp will not be entertained, if you are qualified for the role , you will be shortlisted for an interview.
• Well versed with submission of Drawings to Authorities (DM, Trakhees, Nakheel, DDA and DCD) and obtain approvals
• Preparation of architectural concept presentation drawings design development and follow-up with local Authorities
• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
• Develop and produce design schemes which is viable in terms of “build ability” and in terms of local authority guidelines, planning structures and building legislation.
• Working around constraining factors such as planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
• Participate in the meeting for discussion of ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project.
• Provide the client with sound clear proposal at the outset of the project about the design/development potential; approximate building costs; the need for various statutory consents; project programming, and likely time scales.
• Prepare and present feasibility reports as required and design proposals to the client.
• Evaluate project impacts and escalate issues and risks approximately.
• Ensure product and services delivered to attain client satisfaction.
• Provide quality customer service delivering solutions, meeting client’s expectations relative to design, image, productivity and quality.
• Develop precise work plans, process and action steps supporting company’s overall strategies and achieve results.
• Must be a diligent, committed, team player, and presentable.
• Knowledge of written and spoken English is a must.

Qualities & skills required:

1. Degree in Architecture with 5 to 8 years of experience of Engineering Consultants in the UAE.

2. Familiar with Local authority and Master Developer design requirements for Building design from DM, Trakhees, EMAAR, DDA, Nakheel, DDA etc.

3. Familiar with International Building Code for building design.

4. Must have experience with modern building construction techniques as well as typical construction methods in the Middle East.

5. Registered with DM, Trakhees, DDA – As an architect or with a valid card respectively – Mandatory

6. Must hold Dubai Driving License and your own Car, to travel as intended for the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
