Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative senior architect to lead and manage complex architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, technical proficiency, and a solid track record of delivering high-quality designs from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of large-scale architectural projects.
• Oversee a team of junior architects and designers to ensure high-quality output.
• Prepare and review conceptual drawings, 3D models, renderings, and detailed working drawings.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project success.
• Conduct design reviews, ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and best practices.
• Guide the use of BIM tools like Revit for design development and coordination.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in architectural design and project leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Photoshop, and presentation tools.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
