Senior Architect

Architect (7 Years Experience)

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE project experience, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to manage end-to-end architectural design and coordination for commercial, residential, and retail projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and full technical packages for fit-out and renovation projects.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure design compliance during execution.
• Participate in design reviews, project planning, and material selection processes.
• Ensure adherence to UAE building codes, DM/DDA/Trakhees regulations, and fit-out authority standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QS, and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of total experience, with at least 5–7 years in the UAE.
• Strong portfolio showcasing fit-out, renovation, retail, or commercial projects.
• Experience working in a fast-paced contracting environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client coordination skills.
• Understanding of UAE authority approval requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Required Software Proficiency

• AutoCAD (Advanced)
• Revit (Essential for BIM coordination)
• SketchUp
• 3ds Max / V-Ray (Visualization)
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (Presentation boards)
• Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Architect : 7 years (Preferred)
• Working in UAE as Architect: 5 years (Preferred)
• Renovation / Interior / Fitout: 7 years (Preferred)
