Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our consulting team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience with reputable consulting firms in the UAE, with proven capability in concept design, development of design presentations, and a thorough understanding of project design stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop conceptual architectural designs aligned with project goals and client expectations.
• Prepare design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during design development and detailed design phases.
• Ensure compliance of design work with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Manage design documentation and support in obtaining authority approvals.
• Review and enhance technical detailing and material specifications.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years UAE experience in architecture within a consulting firm.
• Strong concept design abilities supported by a solid portfolio.
• Thorough knowledge of International Building Code (IBC) and Dubai Building Codes.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients and authorities.
• Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of sustainability guidelines (LEED/Estidama preferred).
• Experience with mixed-use, residential, and hospitality projects.
