Senior Architect

• Client Consultation: Meeting with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budgets for a project.
• Design & Development: Creating initial concepts, sketches, and detailed drawings (blueprints) using BIM & AutoCAD.
• Technical Documentation: Preparing specifications, budgets, and construction documents for bids and regulatory approval.
• Project Management: Overseeing projects from start to finish, managing teams, and ensuring timelines are met.
• Collaboration: Working closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
• Site Visits: Visiting construction sites to ensure work aligns with architectural plans and building codes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring designs meet zoning laws, building codes, and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
