Senior Architect

The Senior Architect is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple project teams and ensuring excellence in design quality, technical compliance, and project delivery. This position involves managing high-value client relationships, mentoring junior and mid-level staff, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the firm’s profitability goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic design and technical leadership across multiple architectural projects
• Oversee and review design development, working drawings, and construction documentation to ensure high standards and regulatory compliance
• Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, handling high-stakes communication, presentations, and approvals
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior architects and design teams to enhance performance and professional growth
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet delivery timelines and financial targets
• Conduct design and technical reviews at critical project stages
• Support business goals by improving project efficiency, quality control, and profitability
• Address and resolve complex design, technical, or site-related challenges
