Senior Architect

• Lead architectural design from concept to execution stages
• Prepare and review design drawings, 3D visuals, and working drawings
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
• Ensure designs comply with local building by-laws, NBC, and statutory norms
• Manage multiple projects and monitor progress as per timelines
• Review shop drawings, material specifications, and BOQs
• Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with approved designs
• Address design changes, RFIs, and site coordination issues
• Interact with clients for design approvals and presentations
• Mentor junior architects and design team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
