Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs and carry them through to full architectural detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align design with project requirements.
• Review drawings, materials, and technical documents to ensure compliance with the approved project vision.
• Follow up on authority procedures and obtain required approvals from Sharjah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi municipalities.
• Monitor the project timeline and ensure all deliverables are completed to the required quality standards.
• Prepare visual presentations and design materials as needed to support internal reviews or external clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 10 years of experience within real estate development companies in the UAE.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of:
  • BUA and NSA calculations
  • Residential community design
  • Towers and multi story buildings
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of UAE building codes and authority approval procedures.
• Proven experience in designing villa projects and tower projects.
• Hands on experience working with consultants, reviewing comments, and managing design revisions.
