Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: India (Southern India preferred – Kerala-based candidates)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and design-driven Senior Architect to join a growing and dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–8 years of experience who can independently manage architectural projects while contributing strategic design input and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept through execution.
• Prepare, review, and oversee detailed drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and statutory approvals.
• Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and project meetings.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and support team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 3–8 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably across multiple project typologies.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; working knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of construction detailing, materials, and site coordination.
• Strong design sensibility, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
