As part of its strategic growth vision, Silpi Architects is actively exploring expansion into Dubai, aiming to extend its design expertise, international best practices, and integrated project delivery approach to the Middle East market

Senior Architect – Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university or institution.
• Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience in Dubai, with proven exposure to local authority approvals and statutory requirements, OR
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Kerala
• , with strong capability in independently handling end-to-end architectural projects.
• In-depth understanding of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and Civil Defence regulations, approval processes, and submission requirements (for Dubai-experienced candidates).
• Demonstrated experience in concept planning, schematic design, design development, tender drawings, and construction documentation.
• High level of proficiency in Revit (mandatory) for architectural modeling and documentation; working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM coordination workflows is essential.
• Experience in coordinating with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist consultants, ensuring design integration and compliance with applicable standards.
• Proven ability to manage and review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and shop drawings in coordination with contractors.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring junior architects and managing design teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain design quality under pressure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with international architectural standards, sustainability practices, and quality control procedures will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
