About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design and delivery across multiple projects. This role requires a strong balance of design leadership, technical expertise, and execution-focused thinking. The ideal candidate is hands-on, comfortable owning projects end to end, and capable of guiding teams through design development and construction stages.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are well-coordinated, buildable, and aligned with design intent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept through execution
• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings and technical documentation
• Manage coordination with interior, BIM, structural, MEP, and civil teams
• Maintain design intent throughout all project phases
• Support site coordination, RFIs, and construction-stage clarifications
• Mentor and guide junior and intermediate architects
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural practice
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or BIM experience is an advantage)
• Experience delivering built projects from design through execution
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
