Senior Architect

WeArch Developers seeks a visionary Senior Architect with at least 7 years of experience in architectural design and execution. This role involves leading space planning, detailed drawings, material selection, and coordination with consultants and contractors.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of architectural projects, creating blueprints, 3D models, and plans that meet client needs, industry standards, and regulations.

Coordinate with engineers, builders, subcontractors, and clients; supervise junior staff and conduct site visits for project oversight.

Research materials, ensure compliance with building codes, manage project timelines and budgets, and present designs to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; must be a licensed Architect with minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in construction or real estate projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and sustainable design principles; strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Experience in space planning, material selection, and end-to-end project execution.

Compensation and Location

Monthly salary: ₹60,000, commensurate with experience (Kerala average for senior roles ~₹40,000-₹70,000).

Location: WeArch Developers, Aluva, Kerala (Choornikkara, Kochi area).
