The Role

The Senior Architect (Concourse C Lead) will lead architectural design delivery for Concourse C or similar aviation facilities. The role is responsible for managing design teams, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and ensuring high-quality, compliant design outcomes across large-scale aviation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the architectural design team for Concourse C works.
Oversee design development from concept through detailed design.
Coordinate architectural design activities with MEP, structural, and infrastructure disciplines.
Ensure compliance with aviation standards, authority requirements, and project briefs.
Review and approve design deliverables, reports, and presentations.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams.

Key Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.
15+ years’ experience in architectural design for large-scale projects.
Proven experience leading architectural design teams.
Direct exposure to Concourse C or similar airport terminal facilities.
Strong experience in design coordination and stakeholder management.

Key Knowledge and Skills

Expert knowledge of architectural design principles for aviation projects.
Strong multidisciplinary coordination and interface management skills.
Proficiency in design reviews, technical approvals, and quality assurance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team mentoring capabilities.
