Role Summary:

The Senior Architect will take a lead role in the design development, coordination, and delivery of highend residential and villa projects, from early concept through to construction support. The position requires strong technical capability, confidence in UAE authority processes, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to architectural design development for luxury villas and residential communities
• Coordinate architectural packages across all project phases, ensuring design intent, compliance, and constructability
• Work closely with engineering consultants, specialist designers, and internal construction teams
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to high quality standards
• Manage authority submissions and approvals (ADM, civil defense, utilities, etc.)
• Provide architectural support during construction, addressing site queries and design clarifications
• Ensure alignment with local regulations, regional design expectations, and employer branding standards
• Support value engineering initiatives while safeguarding design quality
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to building internal architectural capability

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience within delivering highend or luxury developments in the UAE or wider GCC
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience strongly preferred)
• Strong communication skills
