Senior Architect

The Role
With the ongoing challenges in the Middle East, this position will only suit those candidates who are currently based in the GCC. I’m currently working with an international consultancy in Dubai that’s looking to strengthen their Architecture team and looking to appoint Senior Architects with a strong focus on project delivery. This isn’t a pure concept role, we are looking for someone who can take ownership and drive projects through the later stages with confidence as well as having some input during the initial design stages. You’ll be working on a range of projects from Mixed-Use Developments, Large Residential Developments and Hospitality, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and playing a key role in ensuring designs are executed to a high standard on site. You must have worked in a large or international consultancies to be considered, I am not looking for anyone from a contractor background. This would be an ideal role for someone who enjoys being hands on, sharing valuable input, overcoming challenges and driving projects. Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Architecture • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture • Strong experience in delivery stages (detailed design to construction) • Ability to manage coordination across disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.) • Confident dealing with clients and internal stakeholders • Technical knowledge and understanding of local regulations • Experience working on complex / large-scale projects with strict deadlines
