Senior Architect

Position: Architect (Interior & Architecture)

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Architect to join our team, specializing in interior and architectural projects including residential, restaurants, and office spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills along with technical knowledge to handle projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop concept designs and detailed design solutions for interior and architectural projects
• Prepare shop drawings and technical drawings
• Handle interior detailing and material selection
• Coordinate with MEP teams, consultants, and site teams
• Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Conduct site visits and ensure work progress aligns with design intent
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards
• Assist in authority approvals (where required)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of interior and architectural design
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• Rhino / Revit / Archicad (at least one required)
• Photoshop / SketchUp / D5 / V-Ray (Mandatory)
• Experience in concept design, design development, and shop drawings (Mandatory)
• Good knowledge of interior detailing and materials (Mandatory)
• Understanding of MEP coordination (Mandatory)
• Experience in BOQs and project coordination (Mandatory)
• Ability to manage time, deadlines, and multiple projects
• Willingness to handle site visits and office work
• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
