Senior Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing high-quality architectural solutions while providing technical leadership across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust architectural solutions aligned with business requirements
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical designs
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
• Review designs, code, and project deliverables to ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and architecture strategy
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices are implemented
• Identify risks and propose effective mitigation strategies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture standards and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional architecture license
• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in architecture or system design
• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
