Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves leading architectural designs, project coordination, and ensuring precision in design execution. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, engaging with clients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in municipality approvals (ADM/DMT/ADCD)
• Proficiency in 3D modelling,render,AutoCAD and Revit
• Planning, and conceptual development
• Previous experience in an engineering consultancy firm
• Proficiency in CAD software, BIM tools, and other architectural design technologies
• Strong project management skills, including timeline management and multi-disciplinary coordination
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate design concepts effectively
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices relevant to Abu Dhabi
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; certification and licenses are a plus
• 3 - 5 Previous experience in large-scale residential and commercial projects
• Exceptional leadership abilities and team collaboration skills
