Mission:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our cloud security services team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and extensive experience with the Microsoft security stack. This role involves designing and implementing robust security architectures, developing strategic security guidelines, and leading initiatives to enhance our clients' security posture against evolving cyber threats.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive security architectures for cloud-based environments, focusing on Microsoft technologies.

Conduct thorough security assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.

Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and threats, integrating new security technologies and best practices into the company's offerings.

Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security considerations are integrated throughout the project lifecycle and cloud security adoptions.

Integration of third-party services, cloud, on-premises, or legacy, with the Microsoft cloud-based security services. This includes extensive knowledge of network, user lifecycle, device management, security, and application services.

Develop and maintain documentation related to security architectures, policies, and procedures.

Engage with clients to understand their security needs, providing expert advice and crafting tailored solutions.

Participate in business development and sales activities, contributing to proposals and client presentations.

Support any technical escalations during professional services customer engagements
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

At least 10 years of consultancy experience in Cybersecurity, with a focus on cloud security, Identity, and the Microsoft security stack.

Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions for complex cloud environments.

5 years of presales experience

Expertise in cloud computing technologies and architectures, preferably with certifications in Microsoft Azure or similar platforms.

Expert knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Network: Understanding of LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN architectures, encompassing routing, access, and control structures.

Proficiency in lifecycle controls, provisioning, licensing, and automation, with expertise in B2B, B2C, and organizational integrations.

Familiarity with both legacy and modern unified device management systems and policy controls.

Proficient in all collaboration services within Microsoft 365 and adept at aligning them with business requirements, such as designing a secure Extranet.

Understanding of SIEM integrations and security operations for effective management and response.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Expected salary range is $200K-$225K.
