Senior Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team for a high-rise tower project in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing architectural design coordination, reviewing drawings and materials, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Ensure architectural works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, site teams, subcontractors, and other disciplines
• Monitor architectural finishes, detailing, and overall quality of works
• Resolve architectural design and site coordination issues
• Review and manage drawing revisions and consultant comments
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
• Support project teams during execution, finishing, and handover stages
• Attend project meetings and prepare architectural coordination reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in architectural projects
• Strong experience in high-rise building projects
• UAE construction experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishing works, and coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple project activities and deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in interior and finishing stage projects
• Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and approvals
• Immediate joiners are preferred
