Senior Architect/ BIM Manager

Our team is currently looking for highly skilled Senior Architects / BIM Managers with 12+ years of experience including in the UAE to join a leading consultancy organization.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Years of experience: More than 12 years of experience

Requirement:
· Minimum 12 years of architectural experience within the UAE preferably in engineering Consultancy.

· Strong expertise in BIM Management (Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks).
Proven track record in designing high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, and large-scale commercial projects.

· Experience in preparing BIM Execution Plans.

· Proven experience in leading design coordination and multi-disciplinary project teams.

· Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and authority regulations.

· Ability to manage project deliverables across all stages - concept, detailed design, tender, and construction support.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
