Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the UAE interior fitout industry and be capable of handling projects from concept development to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
• Develop design presentations, mood boards, and material selections
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams
• Review and manage shop drawings and technical documentation
• Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation as per standards
• Handle authority regulations and project coordination
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and project requirements
• Support estimation and project planning teams when required
• Supervise and guide junior designers and drafting teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fitout and architectural projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE fitout standards and construction practices
• Experience in residential, commercial, office, and retail fitout projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office
• Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills
• Strong communication and project coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Hindi speaking will be an added advantage
• Immediate joiners are preferred
