Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the architectural design process for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Create innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing architectural concepts.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using design software.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and engineers to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and team members.
• Oversee design presentations and participate in client meetings.
• Work closely with construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in architectural design and planning.
• Strong proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
• Excellent understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and industry trends.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Creative thinking with an eye for detail and innovative design solutions.
