Senior Architect Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Review architectural and civil drawings and identify list of materials.
• describe the different types of materials used in construction projects.
• Prepares and reviews architectural and civil specifications for projects.
• prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time.
• Maintain material suppliers’ database
• Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender
• support in quantity surveying tasks, and prepare bill of quantities.

Qualifications:

• Must Have Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
• 5 to 8 years of Experience
• have design experience in a consultancy firm for minimum 2 years.
• Strong Microsoft office suite skills (Excel, word and power point) required.
• have minimum of 5 years experience in GCC.
• Capable of working with BIM, CAD and REVIT and understanding design drawings.
• Have capability to analyze received data.
• Have experience in preparing BOQ.
• Capable of working under pressure.
