Senior Architect Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development and technical detailing.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and landscape teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and authority requirements.
• Manage design changes and value engineering proposals.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure architectural works meet design intent and quality standards.
• Resolve technical and construction-related architectural issues.
• Review contractor and consultant submissions.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical support to site teams.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within schedule and budget.
• Oversee authority approvals and permit submissions.
• Support procurement in selecting architectural materials and finishes.
• Maintain project documentation and records.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 12—15+ years of experience in architectural design and construction.
• Minimum 8+ years of UAE experience.
• Strong experience in luxury villas, mansions, and high-end residential developments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and BIM.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and authority regulations.
• Experience with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and other relevant authorities.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and detailing.
• Strong coordination skills with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
