Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Site Architect to lead and oversee architectural execution across large-scale horizontal housing developments, including villas, townhouses, and master-planned communities.

The role involves full ownership of on-site architectural delivery, from IFC review to final handover, ensuring design intent, quality standards, and compliance are consistently achieved across multiple units/phases.

The ideal candidate will provide leadership to site teams, drive coordination with multidisciplinary stakeholders, and ensure efficient, high-quality delivery of repetitive housing units at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural site supervision for horizontal housing projects (villas, townhouses, gated communities)
• Review IFC drawings, project specifications, and authority requirements to ensure full alignment prior to execution
• Manage and supervise a team of site architects, inspectors, and finishing teams across multiple zones/phases
• Review, approve, and monitor contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups specific to housing typologies
• Ensure consistency in design implementation across repetitive units while maintaining quality benchmarks
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and adherence to QA/QC standards
• Identify and resolve site issues, design discrepancies, and coordination clashes proactively
• Review and validate contractor method statements, work schedules, and progress reports
• Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure teams within the housing development
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and community/master developer guidelines
• Oversee mock-ups, sample units, and prototype approvals to set quality benchmarks for mass construction
• Lead snagging, de-snagging, and final inspection processes for multiple units and phases
• Drive timely project handovers, ensuring all architectural deliverables meet client expectations

Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Architect on large-scale horizontal housing or villa community developments
• Strong background in managing repetitive unit construction and multi-phase project delivery
• Extensive experience in reviewing IFC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Hands-on experience with QA/QC processes, mock-ups, and large-volume handovers
• Experience coordinating with developers, consultants, contractors, and authority stakeholders in the UAE

Skills and Competencies

• Strong technical expertise in residential architecture, construction detailing, and finishing standards
• Deep understanding of horizontal housing execution, including infrastructure coordination and community planning
• Excellent leadership and team management skills across multiple site teams
• Strong ability to manage quality control across repetitive units without compromising standards
• Proficient in project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage site challenges proactively
