Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Architect to oversee architectural execution and site supervision activities for major construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in engineering consultancy and construction consultancy environments, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, and architectural mock-ups.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify non-conformities, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project management teams to resolve design and construction issues.
• Review contractor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare site reports, inspection reports, snagging reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, authority requirements, and industry standards.
• Review variation requests and provide technical recommendations.
• Monitor architectural finishes and workmanship to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Assist in project handover, testing, commissioning, and close-out activities.
• Mentor junior architects and site supervision staff where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in Site Architecture and Construction Supervision.
• Mandatory experience working with Engineering Consultancy or Construction Consultancy firms.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority approvals, and site supervision practices.
• Experience handling large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or high-rise projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MS Office applications.
• Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and coordinate effectively with project teams.

Pay: AED24,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
