Job Title: Land Surveyor Employment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for experienced and detail-focused Land Surveyors to assist in ongoing engineering and construction projects. This role involves carrying out site surveys, taking precise measurements, and analyzing data to support accurate project execution.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform land and site surveys using modern equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level</li><li>Record measurements including distances, elevations, contours, and boundaries</li><li>Prepare survey reports, drawings, and related documentation</li><li>Check and confirm site layouts in line with engineering plans</li><li>Work closely with engineers, site teams, and project managers</li><li>Carry out calculations and interpret data for site development</li><li>Ensure all work meets project specifications and safety guidelines</li><li>Handle maintenance and calibration of surveying instruments</li></ul>Eligibility CriteriaExperience:<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of GCC experience OR</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in home country</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma in Civil Engineering OR</li><li>High School qualification with relevant surveying experience</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Hands-on experience with surveying tools (Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD preferred)</li><li>Solid knowledge of land measurement and mapping methods</li><li>Strong numerical and analytical abilities</li><li>Willingness to work in outdoor/site environments</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Basic English communication skills</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>Open to candidates of all nationalities</li><li>Immediate joiners are preferred</li><li>Must be flexible to work on-site across different project locations</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From AED2,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Land Surveying : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Sharjah (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
