Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Foreman to oversee daily construction site activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to supervise site teams, and hands-on experience coordinating workers, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site operations.
• Lead and manage site workers, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Prepare and maintain daily work schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor workforce attendance, productivity, and overall site performance.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities based on project priorities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks throughout construction.
• Monitor the proper use of machinery, equipment, and construction tools.
• Maintain records of daily site activities and submit progress reports to project management.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Ensure sufficient availability of materials and coordinate with the procurement team when required.
• Identify and resolve site-related challenges while minimizing delays.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Promote a safe working environment by ensuring proper use of PPE and adherence to company safety policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Foreman in construction projects.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of quality control and construction standards.
• Knowledge of site safety regulations and HSE practices.
• Experience managing manpower, subcontractors, and site resources.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written) are mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
