Civil Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Construction civil Foreman for villa construction work all kind of work to supervise daily activities on our sites. The ideal candidate will manage workers, ensure work as per approved drawing and specification, and coordinate with engineers and management to complete projects on time and with quality.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage site workers and subcontractors

Plan and assign daily tasks

Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and schedules

Maintain safety rules and site discipline

Monitor material usage and report shortages

Coordinate with engineers and project managers

Check quality of work and solve site issues

Prepare daily progress reports

Requirements

Proven experience as a Construction / Civil Foreman

Good knowledge of construction methods and safety practices

Ability to read drawings and site plans

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years on construction sites (preferred)

Competitive Salary (based on experience)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
