Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Foreman with solid UAE construction experience to join our team. The candidate will supervise site activities, manage manpower, and ensure that all civil works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site civil works.
• Lead and manage workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress and maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
• Control material usage and prevent wastage.
• Resolve site issues and maintain smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge in structural works, concrete, blockwork, plastering, and finishing.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good leadership and team supervision skills.
• Familiar with UAE construction standards and safety regulations.
• Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
