Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate construction site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and efficient site management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
• Allocate tasks and ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment on site
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any construction issues
• Liaise with site engineers, project managers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate site records including labor attendance, progress reports, and daily logs
• Enforce safety measures and ensure workers follow all health and safety protocols
• Assist in planning work schedules and coordinating site logistics

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industry in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, site supervision, and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and machinery
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures
• UAE experience and driving license (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2500 onwards per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
