The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of UAE HR procedures, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office &amp; Administration<ul><li>Manage the reception area and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.</li><li>Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.</li><li>Maintain visitor records and coordinate appointments.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.</li><li>Maintain proper filing and documentation systems.</li><li>Assist with office supplies, stationery, and general administrative requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with management, employees, suppliers, and external parties as required.</li><li>Prepare basic letters, reports, and office documents.</li></ul>HR Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.</li><li>Prepare and maintain employee files and HR records.</li><li>Assist with joining formalities and onboarding of new employees.</li><li>Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, salary certificates, and other HR documents.</li><li>Maintain employee attendance, leave, and timesheet records.</li><li>Assist with payroll-related documentation and salary information.</li><li>Support visa, Emirates ID, medical, insurance, and other employee documentation processes.</li><li>Maintain records of visa and document expiry dates and provide timely reminders.</li><li>Assist in preparing employee-related letters, warnings, confirmations, and other HR communications.</li><li>Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, documents, and company procedures.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.</li><li>Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in HR, administration, front office, or a similar role.</li><li>UAE experienced.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel.</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE labour/HR procedures and visa processes is preferred.</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude.</li><li>Good organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>HR documentation and employee record management</li><li>Recruitment coordination</li><li>Attendance and leave management</li><li>Basic payroll coordination</li><li>UAE visa and employee documentation</li><li>Email and telephone communication</li><li>Microsoft Office / Excel</li><li>Filing and document control</li></ul>Salary &amp; BenefitsSalary: AED3000per month Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law and company policy.Key Qualities<ul><li>Professional and presentable</li><li>Responsible and punctual</li><li>Friendly and approachable</li><li>Confidential and trustworthy</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
