<ul><li>Develop the overall project execution plan, schedule, and budget.</li><li>Define scope of work, deliverables, and key milestones.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to finalize project requirements.</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.</li><li>Assign tasks and responsibilities to site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.</li><li>Prepare cost estimates and allocate project funds.</li><li>Monitor expenses against budget and control cost overruns.</li><li>Approve material procurement and subcontractor invoices.</li><li>Prepare regular financial progress reports for management.</li><li>Ensure all works comply with project specifications, standards, and codes.</li><li>Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants/authorities.</li><li>Implement quality control procedures at every stage of work.</li><li>Review and approve method statements and shop drawings.</li><li>Develop and update the construction schedule (using tools like MS Project / Primavera).</li><li>Track progress against milestones and critical path activities.</li><li>Implement corrective actions to avoid delays.</li><li>Ensure timely completion and handover of project.</li><li>Enforce safety regulations and site safety policies.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and toolbox talks.</li><li>Report and investigate accidents or incidents.</li><li>Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact between client, consultant, contractors, and suppliers.</li><li>Organize project meetings and issue meeting minutes.</li><li>Handle client queries, approvals, and correspondence.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and records of all project activities.</li><li>Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.</li><li>Resolve technical or site-related issues quickly.</li><li>Adjust resources or strategies to overcome challenges.</li><li>Ensure testing, commissioning, and final inspections are completed.</li><li>Prepare snag lists and oversee rectifications.</li><li>Handover project with as-built drawings, manuals, and certifications.</li><li>Prepare final project report including lessons learned.</li><li>Ensure availability of manpower, equipment, and materials.</li><li>Monitor staff performance and provide guidance or training when needed.</li><li>Resolve conflicts between different teams and ensure smooth workflow.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time</p><p>Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,500.00 per month</p>
