Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise civil and interior fit-out works, manage site labor, coordinate with engineers and MEP teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and labor.
• Execute works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate civil, finishing, and MEP activities.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and site safety.
• Plan manpower, materials, and work sequences.
• Inspect completed works and rectify defects.
• Report daily progress to the Site Engineer.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience as a Civil Foreman.
• Strong experience in interior fit-out and civil construction.
• Knowledge of blockwork, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, tiling, gypsum, painting, and finishing works.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate with MEP services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
