Civil Foreman &ndash; Interiors &amp; ConstructionLocation: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise civil and interior fit-out works, manage site labor, coordinate with engineers and MEP teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily site activities and labor.</li><li>Execute works as per approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate civil, finishing, and MEP activities.</li><li>Monitor quality, productivity, and site safety.</li><li>Plan manpower, materials, and work sequences.</li><li>Inspect completed works and rectify defects.</li><li>Report daily progress to the Site Engineer.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 10 years of UAE experience as a Civil Foreman.</li><li>Strong experience in interior fit-out and civil construction.</li><li>Knowledge of blockwork, plastering, screeding, waterproofing, tiling, gypsum, painting, and finishing works.</li><li>Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate with MEP services.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>UAE Driving License is preferred.</li></ul>Pay: From AED3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
