Senior Site Architect

IMMEDIATELY JOINER : Experience Required
10–12 years of professional architectural experience
UAE-based experience is mandatory.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
10–12 years of proven architectural experience in the UAE, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings
In-depth knowledge of Sharjah and UAE regulations, municipality submissions, and approval processes
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to manage and coordinate with consultants, authorities, and project teams effectively.
Salary Package:
AED 16,000 – 18,000, depending on experience and qualifications
