Senior Architect / Interior Designer

Role Overview

Aspirar Luxury Villas is looking for a seasoned Architect / Interior Designer with over 5 years of experience in designing luxury villas detail and interiors as well as for high-end residences. This role requires a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to translate Aspirar’s vision into timeless, functional, and globally inspired living spaces.

You will play a key role in shaping the architectural and interior identity of our villa projects, working closely with leadership, consultants, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural and/or interior design for luxury villa projects from concept to execution
• Develop design concepts, layouts, material palettes, and detailed drawings and work closely with the Bali team.
• Ensure design alignment with Aspirar’s luxury positioning and brand philosophy
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and lighting consultants
• Work closely with project, execution, and vendor teams to ensure design intent is maintained on site
• Review drawings, BOQs, samples, mock-ups, and finishes
• Participate in design presentations and client interactions where required
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, approvals, and design standards
• Stay updated with global design trends, materials, and technologies
• Value-engineer designs without compromising aesthetics or quality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
